Delete your account

Use this page to ask 3DN1 to delete your account and the data we can tie to it. You do not need the app installed. This cannot be undone.

What we delete

• The account: the email and the password hash.
• Parts, scans, and the shelf you made.
• Prompts we stored, and any Anthropic key you saved in Shape writer.

What we keep

• Seed library parts that everyone can browse. Those are not your account.
• What Anthropic keeps of a Shape writer send is their practice. As they have described their commercial API, inputs and outputs are deleted within about 30 days, unless the content is flagged, the law requires them to keep it, or a different agreement applies.

Request deletion

Enter the email on the account. We send the request to support@3dn1.com. We do not tell you whether that email has an account.

You can also email support@3dn1.com from that address and ask us to delete the account and the data listed above.

Signed in on the app? Settings → Account → Delete account deletes it there, after you confirm the password.
